SPONSOR’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  1. The Sponsor will make every effort to maximize promotion and the commercial benefits of participating in INTERDROUGHT 2022.
  2. The Sponsor must :
  • send the application form no later than March 31st, 2022 with 50% payment included;
  • provide the artwork (primarily vector art logos) according to the specifications given by CIRAD-IRD-ISRA no later than April 30st 2022 ;
  • make the remaining payment no later than May 31st, 2022 ;
  • use the allocated space only for the display and promotion of goods and/or services within the scope of the event;
  • make every effort to maximize promotion and commercial benefits of for those participating in the event;
  • comply with all directions/requests issued by CIRAD-IRD-ISRA;
  • comply with all applicable laws, including laws related to occupational health and safety. The Sponsor will therefore act with care to avoid damage to persons or property at the event location;
  • ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of their allocated space. Upon the

conclusion of the event, the Sponsor will promptly remove all exhibits, tools and other materials. If the Sponsor fails or refuses to do so, CIRAD- IRD-ISRA will make arrangements for this to be done by an external party at a cost to be paid by the Sponsor.

  1. The Sponsor may request, at its own expense, return shipping of materials displayed during the event. Remaining marketing materials will be discarded after the event.
  2. The Sponsor is responsible for all items within its allocated exhibition space.
  3. Sponsor acknowledges that no flammable or dangerous materials will be used during Interdrought2022.
  4. The Sponsor agrees to abide by requests made by CIRAD-IRD-ISRA to stop any activity that may cause annoyance to others in the exhibition.
  5. The Sponsor agrees to conduct all business transactions within their allocated sponsorship space unless otherwise approved by c.
  6. The Sponsor hereby grants CIRAD-IRD-ISRA and any third party deemed necessary a time-limited royalty free usage license for Sponsor’s logos and artwork, until the end of Interdrought2022, for the purpose of reproducing art for sponsored products.
